Q. Where can I find some instructions on how to rent your floral arches?

Q. How do payments work? 

A. Payment is required upfront to ensure the reservation of your stunning florals exclusively for your chosen date.

Q. How far does your included delivery fees go? How much is it additional if our venue is farther than 20 miles from your warehouse? 

A. We offer complimentary delivery within a 20-mile radius of our Chantilly, VA warehouse, with pick-up times scheduled no later than 9:30 PM. For pick-up times beyond 9:30 PM, arrangements can be made for an extra fee. To confirm eligibility for free delivery, please share your venue address with us via email.

 

For venues outside the 20-mile radius, we apply a charge of $1.00 per mile, up to a maximum of 100 miles, encompassing Maryland, D.C., and Virginia. Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to locations beyond these states. If your venue permits next-day pick-up, we'll coordinate with them to help you avoid additional fees.

 

Additional Pick Up Fees after 9:30 PM are the following: 

  9:30 PM ~ 10:00 PM:  $100.00

10:00 PM ~ 11:00 PM:  $200.00

11:00 PM ~ 12:00 AM:  $300.00

Q. Can I pick up my florals?  

A. Regrettably, we do not permit customers to pick up our florals due to past instances of damage during transportation. Our policy ensures the safe handling and delivery of our products, exclusively conducted by our specialists here at Bella le Fleurs.

Q. Are all the floral arches/pieces shown on your website available for rent?

A. Some of the images on our website are for inspiration and visual styling purposes only. If a floral arch/piece is NOT LISTED on our Collections page, then it is currently available for rent. All rentable designs will appear on that page will full details, dimensions and booking options.

All inspiration images used on our website are copyright-free and licensed for commercial use.

Q. Do you provide delivery and setup services?

A. Certainly! We offer comprehensive services including delivery, setup, and pick-up for your convenience.

Q. My florist has an exclusivity clause, can I still rent from Bella le Fleurs?

A. Absolutely! Our business operates primarily as a rental company, specializing in providing curated event décor solutions, which includes a wide range of faux floral rental pieces. This unique positioning enables us to collaborate seamlessly with florists who may have contractual agreements restricting their ability to engage with alternative floral suppliers. By leveraging our rental services, florists can confidently fulfill their contractual obligations while accessing our diverse inventory of event décor items.

 

Q. What does it mean when it says price is for two separate set ups or locations?

A. The listed price includes service for TWO separate setups or locations. If any items need to be moved—for example, from the ceremony site to the reception—this will be done by a Bella le Fleurs staff member. Our team will stay on-site to ensure all rental items are moved smoothly and on schedule.

 

Please note that our arches, arbors and pillars are sizable and cannot fit through standard doorways. They must be disassembled, a process that involves our movers and/or florist removing the florals, dismantling the item, transporting it to the new location, reassembling it, and reapplying the florals.

 

For the preservation of our rental inventory and in compliance with insurance policies, we kindly request refraining from any handling or relocation of our floral rental pieces once they have been set up. We emphasize the exclusive responsibility of our designated team for any movement of rental items. In the event of damage to our rentals subsequent to your event, a penalty fee will be applied.

 

Q. Can I see the arch in person before I move forward?

A. We regret to inform you that we do not offer viewings of our florals due to their large and cumbersome nature, making transportation for such appointments impractical. However, we provide clear and precise photos of our florals on our Instagram @bellalefleurs, allowing you to visualize their appearance and make informed decisions accordingly.
